Amazon logicomix-I got this product from amazon with free installation Amazon is superb in delivery Pros * Nice look * Better remote * Excellent cooling, effect within 3 minutes * Noise level Almost no noise at all * Worth for money spent Cons* Hitachi is known for its service, however installation generally delays by 23 daysGot my Logicool G Pro Wireless from Amazon JP My copy does not have the issue with the main buttons rubbing against each other unless I deliberately push them together Even so its not so bad The buttons don't feel mushy too, they feel nicer than my G403 and G304 clicks, I like them I'm also pretty sure the mouse skates on these are the same
